He's awkward, weird, cheap and can often get on my nerves (especially when I'm PMSing) but in the grand scheme of things, he's a really decent guy. Just yesterday, Charlie at work was telling me about her boss and he's a true asshole. Always dumping his work onto her desk, circumventing her and then leaving her to clean up his messes. She's so stressed, she's looking at apply for sick leave. Is your boss a complete dick?

Truth be told, he’s really not. He’s awkward, weird, cheap and can often get on my nerves (especially when I’m PMSing) but in the grand scheme of things, he’s a really decent guy.
