“Get our coats”

We capped off our week of entertaining by having S’s old high school friend E and her husband G over for a visit. We also invited P to come by for dinner since we know how much she likes spending time with us now that we have the house.
E and G arrived mid afternoon and after getting the tour, we settled down with some cheese, crackers and some conversation to catch up. P arrived not long after, introductions were made and more cheese was enjoyed.
E was telling us about how they had gotten a Wii for Christmas but she wasn’t really enjoying it. That quickly turned into a conversation about video games and I made it known my love for the PS3 system and it’s games with their sweet great graphics. S started to describe Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and I eagerly suggested going downstairs and playing the game with G.
